Remove the foil and top the baked cauliflower cheese with the remaining grated cheese. Arrange the fennel in the dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then with the Parmesan. This is a staple around my place - delicious roasted cauliflower with fennel and chilli. Cauliflower florets are drizzled with olive oil and coated in cumin and chilli flakes, then roasted till golden.
