  7. Take 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  8. Prepare 3 tbs curry powder
  9. Get 3 teaspoon Turmeric
  10. Take 350 ml Knorr chicken flavour
  11. Make ready 1 tin whole tomatoes

Stir in the ginger paste, garlic, chile pepper, and lamb. Sprinkle the turmeric over the lamb, stirring lightly to coat. Toast the fennel seeds as above and set aside. Pat lamb dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.

  1. Fry the lamb till brown in oil, add the soya sauce and stir well. Take the meat out and place in another dish and cover.
  2. Roast the onion, garlic and green and red pepper, ginger together in the same pot.
  3. Add onion, curry powder, turmeric, Knorr chicken flavour, tin whole tomatoes to the pot and stir.
  4. Place lamb back into the pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
