Generously sprinkle the leg of lamb with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over a medium-high heat. Add lamb back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.

  4. Add remaining spices and garlic, reserved lamb, and potatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1h30 to 2h30 until lamb is fork tender
  5. Seaseon to taste with lemon juice and salt. Serve warm with cilantro lemon rice.
