  9. Prepare 1/2 sliced zucchini or cucumber into a semi-circle (zucchini can be an option)
  10. Take 3 - 4 tbsp of olive oil
  11. Make ready 2 - 3 tbsp of pesto sauce (using coriander also you can make pesto sauce)
  12. Get 1 tbsp of sliced olives black and white, and also jalapenos
  13. Get 1 tsp of pepper powder
  14. Take 1/2 cup of feta cheese cubes
  15. Get to taste salt
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley and coriander leaves
  17. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice

Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, honey, Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley and salt and pepper to a medium bowl and whisk well until combined.   3. Add tomato cubes, cherry tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, bell peppers, lettuce leaves, red cabbage and sprinkle a dash of salt and mix well. (be careful while using salt as it is already there in dressing and feta cheese)
  4. Once you mix all the ingredients well now add dressing and feta cheese and give it a nice toss and add coriander leaves and parsley leaves and toss it well and salad is ready.
