  1. Make ready 1 pack of Doritos (nachos) cheesy kind
  2. Get 1 cup of sour cream
  3. Take 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning
  4. Prepare 1 ice berg lettuce
  5. Take 1/2 red onion diced
  6. Make ready 1 0r 2 avocados diced
  7. Prepare 3/4 red capsicum chopped finely
  8. Prepare 1/2 carrot chopped very thin (optional)
  9. Prepare 7 cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
  10. Get 1 strand spring onion
  11. Get 2 cups of cheese or how ever much you prefer

Add stock or beer and let it absorb. In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Combine beef, lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, corn chips and cheese in a large serving bowl; toss well to mix. Stir in taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil.

Instructions to make Simple Nacho salad:
  1. Wash lettuce, cut into mouth size peices, add to bowl
  2. Chop Onion, carrot, capsicum and a few cherry tomatoes - add to bowl and toss
  3. Dice avocado and layer on top
  4. Grate cheese and layer on top
  5. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together and layer it on top of cheese
  6. Crumble Doritos/Nachos on top of sour cream, how ever much you please.
  7. Add tomatoes and spring onion on top or decorate it however you desire

In a large mixing bowl, add the lettuce, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions and shredded cheese. I tried this recipe but will go back to my old standard.
