  1. Prepare 1 kg Lamb /Mutton pieces

  6. Take 2 tsp garlic and ginger
  7. Take Salt
  8. Get 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  9. Take 2 tsp gravy powder(bisto)
  10. Get 6 Tbs oil

Add lamb back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Stir in lamb, potatoes, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Discard bay leaves, thyme and rosemary.

Add the potatoes, mix veg, salt according to your taste and pepper powder.Add little more water and cook till the potatoes are done.
