- Get 1 tbs canola oil
- Get 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Prepare 5 tbs hoisin sauce
- Take 75 ml water
- Get 2 tbs peanut butter
- Get 1 tbs sugar
- Make ready Fish Sauce :
- Get 1 garlic clove, minced
- Get 1.5 tbs fish sauce
- Get as needed Sambal Oelek (chili paste) or chopped bird eye chili, depends on how spicy you like
- Take as needed Lemon juice
- Take 2-3 tbs sugar
- Make ready 2-3 hot water
On a damp tea towel, place a wrap, and fill with a couple of tablespoons of the pork mixture in a sausage like shape at one end of the wrap. - Serve the rolls with either one of the sauces or both. I prefer to have both sauce for my rolls because the combination of both flavor is just amazing.
