This Vegetarian Caesar Salad is one of my all-time favourite salads. With crispy, cheesy, garlic croutons, and a creamy dressing without the anchovies, this salad is great as a side or as a main dish. Before we switched to a vegetarian diet Caesar Salad was one of the few salads I would order at a restaurant. The main ingredients of the Caesar salad are: romaine lettuce, garlic vinaigrette, egg, anchovies, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
Instructions to make Caesar salad

- Wash and cut all vegetables start with the lettuces,Peel and cut the cucumber, cut tomatoes in half, toss in a big bowl. Keep refrigerated and covered till ready to serve.
- Add cheeses,croutons, and dressing when ready to serve.
- Notes- Add grilled chicken, or chicken nuggets… I found that kids like this with cut up chicken nuggets with ranch dressing.
