  3. Slice the Lamb in 1/4" slices. In the skillet add Olive oil and Mustard seeds, cook 1 minute, add onions and cook until brown, add to Lentils. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 5 minutes to 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chooped cilantro and serve with Roti.
