Roll each square into a ball. In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and seasonings; mix well. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans.

  7. Roast them at 475^F for 6-7 minutes, rotating the pan once or twice (or fry in a pan)
  8. Submerge the meatballs in sauce and simmer for an hour.

Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans. Freeze option: Freeze cooled meatballs in freezer.
