  6. Put all the meat in oven tray and pour in a little bit of juices that meat cooked in ( to ensure moisture) pop into oven for 30 min.

Nestle the browned boneless leg of lamb into the vegetable mixture. Let cook and, when done, serve with some of the slow cooked vegetables and roast potatoes on the side. Stuff a garlic clove into each slit. Rub garlic powder over the lamb. Slice rosemary sprigs under netting evenly around the lamb.
