  1. Saute mushrooms in butter until soft. add and brown beef cubes. Add carrots, lower heat and simmer 10 min. add onion and celery, cook til tender
  2. Add in all seasonings, drain boiled potatoes and cool slightly, add in all liquids except beer and sour cream. Simer on low.
  3. in empty potato pan, pour in beer and reduce by half. remove from heat and add in sour cream. add potatoes into soup, stir in creamy beer mix and serve immediately.
