Toss with a tablespoon of olive oil and place in large bowl. Brown meat in a large skillet or medium high heat. Stir in celery, red bell pepper, carrot, onions, and jalapeno and poblano peppers. Refrigerate until macaroni is ready to dress.

  2. While the beef is on simer take a pot of water and put it on high tile the water comes to a boil. While you wait for the water to boil thake the spiggety/linguine and break them in half. When the water comes to a boil put the linguine/spiggety in the pot then turn the stove down to mide-high. While the noodles are cooking put a teaspoon of salt and pepper in the simmering beef. Then stir the linguine/spiggety them cook tile the linguine/spiggety becomes soft.
  3. While you wait for the linguine/spaghetti to get soft cut the cherry tomatoes into half's. The cut up the green unions into little cubs. When done check on your linguine/spaghetti when done drain the noodles.
  4. When noodles are drained put the linguine/spaghetti on the plate,then your going to put the beef ontop,when that's done you're going to put your lettuce over your pasta. When that's done you will take your cherry tomatoes and set them each at the corner of the bowl.Then you will take your piled sliced eggs and set them parallel to your cherry tomatoes.then put your green union on top. Then for looks put your parsley/baisle on top
