- Prepare 200 grams Plain Yogurt
- Take to taste Salt & Pepper
The coconut palm, Cocos nucifera, is an erect palm in the family Arecaceae which is grown its fruits, used primarily for the extraction of coconut oil for use in cooking. - Heat up the oil in a large pan, then add the onions and fry for 1 minute

- Add the garam masala powder and fry for 30 secounds, then add the tomatoes
- Add the whole can of coconut Milk and stir in. If using cooked lamb, then add now and stir
- Add the chopped up apple and apple sauce. Stir in.
- Add the potatoes and the pint of water, stir all in
- Simmer for up 1 hour and keep stirring throughout. Then just before serving, add the yogurt, and mix well.
- Serve on a bed of basmati rice.
