- Add all greens in a pot then add green chilli, garlic cloves, salt and water (8 to 10 cup)
- Now mix all,cover and cook them for 2,3 hours.
- After 2,3 hours reduce the remaining water and blend it and set aside. 1. Now in a bowl add yogurt, makkai ka aata,and water (2 cup)mix well..
- Then add turmeric and chilli flakes and mix again nicely.
- Now in a pan add oil and butter,add garlic let it golden then add yogurt mixture and cook it for 5,7 mins..
- Then add blended greens and mix together very well..and cover it..
- In a mean time prepare baghar…add oil and butter(3,4 tbsp) in a pan add ginger and let it golden then add cumin,button chilli cook a sec
- Now pour this baghar in saag 1. Sarson ka Saag is ready, serve with Makkai ki roti, Try at your home and enjoy. - (see recipe)
