  5. Smother your leg of lamb with your mixture.
  6. Wrap in foil for 1 hour 30 minutes - I basted mine every 20 to 30 minutes. - Open your foil for the last part of cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Into each hole, stuff one slice of garlic. Rub the leg of lamb all over with olive oil, parsley and rosemary. Season well with Kosher salt and black pepper. Instructions Season both sides of the lamb chop generously with salt and pepper. Using your hands, rub the lamb all over with the lemon juice.
