- Pour the olive oil over the meat.
- Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes.
- At minute 30, remove the foil
- After it's done cooking, broil for 5 minutes to add some color to the meat.
- Serve it hot. I like to serve with a side of salad or risotto.
