Steps to make Okra_with_meat_and_sauce:
  1. Take off okra dry head(top)
  2. Wash it with running water
  3. Put in a strainer until it is completely dry
  4. Heat oil,and fry okra until they are golden brown
  5. Finely smash garlic
  6. Wash coriander and finely chop
  7. In the stew pot,add ghee,then meat stir a little  untill meat turns brown in  color.
  8. Pour water over the meat and boil untill it is cooked.
  9. In a deep pan add ghee,garlic and coriander,fry the mixture.
  10. Peel tomatoes, remove the seeds. Finely dice the tomatoes
  11. When meat is cooked add tomato puree,salt,  pomegranate molasses,and fried garlic mixture, - leaving the mixture to boil and condense with stirring from time to time.
  12. Add okra and tomatoes to the sauce,and slowly mix
  13. Shake the stew pot, without stiring,so as okra doesn’t damaged during cooking.
  14. Cook for 30 minutes,on low heat. - Pure okra in a deep serving bowl, serve hot with rice (vermicelli rice)
  15. Chef's Tip: - Do not add any spices to this recipe, so as the okra brings out the delicious garlic and coriander taste
